Acceptance

By installing or using ZeroPassVault (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What ZeroPassVault Is

ZeroPassVault is an offline password manager that stores your passwords, cards, secure notes, and two-factor codes, encrypted on your device. It has no cloud service and no account. How it handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibility for Your Data and Master Access

The App is designed so that only you can access your vault. This has an important consequence you must understand and accept:

We cannot recover your data or your backup passphrase. There is no server, no account, and no “forgot password” reset. If you lose access to your device, reset or uninstall the App without a backup, or forget a backup’s passphrase, the affected data cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.

You are responsible for:

Acceptable Use

Use the App only for lawful purposes, to store credentials and information you are authorised to hold. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the App’s security.

Pro Upgrade and Subscriptions

ZeroPassVault offers an optional Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks additional features. Pro is optional and the App is usable without it.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent all unauthorised access, and we do not warrant against loss of data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or loss of access to your credentials, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
